One 250g bag of Alum crystals for paper marbling.
This is the mordant that enables the paint to stick to the paper so is a very important part of the marbling process.

Gloves must be worn and you will need a sponge to apply the Alum (neither supplied)

This listing is aimed more towards people who have marbled before and wish to top up their supplies.
This bag does not come with any instructions so if you do need instructions please purchase your Alum and a set of our printed marbling instructions via the 'Marbling Provisions' listing.

Shipping times and despatch:
Please be aware we are a small two-person business and are particularly busy at the moment.
Whilst every effort is made to despatch your order in a timely manner we go to the Post Office once a week (more often when volume of orders requires).
Despatch days can vary.
There is a separate product listing titled 'UPS UPGRADE’, which allows you to upgrade from Royal Mail to UPS. This is typically a 1-2 day service from the day the goods are despatched, which is not guaranteed to be the day / day-after you place you order. We will require time to compile your order.

UK Shipping:
Everything we ship is via First Class 'signed for'. Whilst we appreciate signatures are not being taken under the current circumstances this option does allow tracking which we will provide to you as soon as your package has been processed via the Post Office, we feel this is very important, as most of our products are one-off handmade items.
First class signed-for is not a next day service.

International Shipping:
Due to current conditions shipping Internationally has become increasingly costly.
Shipping may look very high particularly if you are adding multiple items or goods that are from different categories, for example both papers and supplies.
