*An exciting new development with our marbled book-cloths*
We have just marbled a collection of 16 pieces which have all been marbled with coloured paint rather than our usual palette of metallics. Acrylic paint has been used.
Because the paint colours are the emphasis here we have used book-cloths that are simply cream (the Arbelave) or a lovely Calico (the Edinburgh).

Read more about the two different types of book-cloth below.

ABOUT THIS PIECE:
- Cloth type: Arbelave
- Cloth colour: Cream
- Size: 470mm x 540mm
- Notes:

'Arbelave' Library Buckram:
Recognised as the leading library buckram. It is suitable for both hand and machine binding. The durable and scuff resistant surface can be foil blocked, blind embossed and screen printed. These decoration properties make it very popular with publishers, specifiers and stationery manufacturers.

'Edinburgh' Bookcloth
This traditional white-back bookcloth has a textile finish. The natural acrylic coated surface is water and dirt resistant and imparts a quality texture in all applications. Edinburgh can be used for covering all types of books and can also be applied to presentation boxes, stationery items and library re-binding work. It has an ideal surface for foil blocking.

NOTE: This type of cloth is most suited to bookbinding, rather than interior projects.
For interior fabrics please see House of Amitié.

The fabric is not cut perfectly square edged and there may be a salvage edge which has also been marbled.

Note: the texture of the book cloth sometimes means it does not marble as fluidly as paper and there can be very tiny speckles of the cloth showing through.

This cloth will be sent ROLLED.

Internationally any overpaid postage will be refunded at the time of despatch.
