CHARITY SALE // Marbled paper maché eggs for MS Society // 3 available

These 3 eggs are for sale individually as part of our charity sale for The MS Society, a charity close to our hearts.

Price £10.00 per egg (£12.00 inclusive of VAT which if applicable will be added at the checkout stage.

Eggs are marbled in a palette of green, purple, white and brown.

Every egg consists of 2 parts which have been marbled individually but we have tried our best to keep the design and colour-way the same.
The egg itself is a light brown (kraft) colour and may show through in parts of the marbling depending upon the design and palette.

The eggs have been hand glossed so have a shine to them which brings out the colours and they have a light textured feel to them from the marbling and glossing.
The insides of the eggs have been hand painted in metallic copper paint.

They measure approx. 13cm height x 9cm x 9cm.

The eggs open so that you can fill with your own chocolates and gifts.
**As the eggs have been painted and varnished we would recommend wrapping any food-stuff that isn't already boxed in tissue paper or cellophane first.

Unlike the eggs from previous years these two parts fit together much more securely and you may need to apply slight pressure to fit them.
Due to the nature of the papier-mâché you may see areas where the paper strips show through the marbling and the shapes are not always perfectly formed. You may also see some minor tiny lumps within the shape, again this is down to how they are created by papier-mâché and all adds to their charm.
