Part one of two limited edition collections of hand marbled wallpaper samples.

Gorgeous vintage wallpapers from my collection all individually hand marbled.

Papers are approx. 39cm x 25cm BUT they have the original (staple?) holes where they would have been fixed into a large sample book.

They also have two indentation from our clips where we hang to dry.

These vintage wallpapers are by wallpaper manufacturer Crown.
I'm not sure of the exact date of these but they were originally 4/6D per piece, so pre 1970's?

Although wonderfully tactile they do have a delicacy to them and some more than others and the backs have browned over time.

All details specific to each pattern can be read here and any sheets that are damaged or particularly fragile will be discounted accordingly.

THIS SHEET:
The yellow is a richer, more egg-yolk yellow in the flesh.
Embossed anaglypta original wallpaper which makes is really tactile.
Marbled with yellows and pinks

I think these would look great in some floating frames or maybe cut them up and team with our new hand marbled mounts/mats.

There are 12 pieces available in this first Limited Edition collection, but there will be another small collection to follow.
