Did you know a group of butterflies is called a kaleidoscope?
We have a new box of marbled butterflies available.
There are a total of a whopping 70 paper butterflies here made from Jemma Lewis Marbling hand marbled papers alongside some other really pretty hand decorated papers.
A really good mix of lots of different patterns and colours but there are some duplicate patterns, though of course every butterfly is different anyway!
These butterflies are also larger than the ones we have produced before and measure 40mm at their widest point which is their top wingspan.
They are presented in a vintage 'Bryant & May' cooks matches matchbox.
Matchbox measures 12cm x approx. 7cm.
The butterflies have been nestled in brown tissue paper.
Matchbox is from 1980 or earlier so does have plenty of signs of wear all over.
Its a wonderful earthy colour and has a recipe on the back for Spring Soup!
These have so many usages from using within craft projects, display, table decoration or simply as a piece of handmade ephemera to treasure at home.
Just one box available right now
